Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, Han-Chiga Ltd. would happily accept the return as long as a request is received within 14 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept products that have not been stored according to the terms and conditions.

To complete your return and receive a refund, please email hello@hanchiga.com where our customer service team can work to resolve the problem with your order. 

Once your claim for a refund has been approved, our accounts department processes this for you within 7 business days.

*Please note that your financial institution/ PayPal can take extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

If your funds are not in your nominated bank account within this time please contact us at hello@hanchiga.com and we will work to resolve the situation with you as soon as possible. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Packages with obvious signs of use that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hanchiga.com and send your item to: William Mews, London, SW1X9HG, United Kingdom.

Parcels damaged in transit
If you find your parcel to be damaged in-transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service team on hello@hanchiga.com. If the parcel has already been delivered, please contact our customer team, so that we can resolve the situation.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: William Mews, London, SW1X9HG, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
