Shipping policy
1. Dispatching of items
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of placing an order. Our shipping facilities operate Monday to Friday during standard business hours 9 am - 5 pm, with the exeption of national and bank holidays, when our offices are closed.
2. Shipments
2.1 Domestic shipments
Unless otherwise specified, we will send your items via Royal Mail 1st class for a flat fee of £5 / order.
For orders above £40, all shipment costs will be covered by Han-Chiga ltd.
Generally, domestic shipments take 2-5 business days.
2.2 International shipments
Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 25 business days. The indicated times may vary depending on the destination country and customs times.
We will be able to offer a more specific estimate when you have placed your order.
3. Duties and taxes
3.1 Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Han-Chiga Ltd. encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order, specifically for countries outside the EU.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Han-Chiga ltd. at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of his order, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
3.2 Sales tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website at checkout.
